Ilmoittautuminen vuoden 2024 tapahtumaan on avoinna 5.4.-25.4.2024.
Pyydämme vastaamaan huolellisesti seuraaviin kysymyksiin ja lähettämään lomakkeen 25.4. mennessä.
Koko tapahtuman hinta on 35 euroa, Harmaasudet ry:n jäseniltä 30 euroa. Osallistumismaksut käytetään tapahtuman ruoka-, proppi- ja logistiikkakuluihin. Kaikki osallistujat ilmoittautuvat ilmoittautumislomakkeella ja maksavat osallistumismaksun. Samalla kertaa voi maksaa myös yhdistyksen jäsenmaksun vuodelle 2024. Jäsenmaksu on 25 € tai alennusryhmiltä 12 €.
Osallistumismaksu maksetaan 25.4. mennessä Harmaasudet ry:n tilille FI34 5780 2420 0001 36 käyttäen viitenumeroa 13 tai 1313. Maksettuasi tapahtuman (tai maksuongelmien sattuessa) pyydämme olemaan yhteydessä taloudenhoitaja Meetu Mäkelään (talous@harmaasudet.fi). Tämä on tärkeää etenkin, jos osallistumismaksun maksaa joku muu kuin sinä itse tai maksat samalla jäsenmaksun.

Register data content The register contains the following data:
- Name, email address and phone number of each participant
- Membership status with Harmaasudet ry
- Details for accommodation
- Details for food servings, such as allergies
- Details for program submissions

Personal data shall not be relinquished to third parties except as within the permitted or obligated limits of the valid legislation. Personal data shall be transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, namely to Google Drive service.
Register protection
The register is in IT format. Right of use to the register is held only by those in the service of the registrar and other designated persons who require the data in their tasks. They have the user IDs and passwords at their disposal. The information is protected by means of appropriate and up-to-date information technology-based solutions and data security.
Right to inspection and prohibition
According to the Personal Data Act, the person has the right to inspection and error correction as well as the right to refuse both the delivery of electronic messages concerning offers and benefits and the use of personal data for direct marketing. If registrants wish to apply the right to prohibit or obtain more information with regard to the handling of their personal data, they may contact the person mentioned above who handles register matters. In the event that the person wishes to apply his/her right to inspection, s/he must, in accordance with section 28 of the Personal Data Act, present his/her request for inspection in a personally signed or otherwise similarly certified document, or visit the registrant personally.
